Cancellation and Postponement Policy

To ensure fairness, transparency, and continuity of service, pharmacy coach applies the following cancellation and postponement terms to all fee-for-service engagements, including:

  • Independent Audit Services
  • FSOP Pharmacist Coaching Packages

Postponement Policy

  • Postponement requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Postponements are accepted without refund, and must be rescheduled within 30 calendar days of the original booking.
  • If rescheduling is not confirmed within this period, the booking will be considered cancelled and subject to the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Less than 7 days: No refund. Full service fee is payable.

7 days or more: Refund issued minus an administration and booking fee:

  • 20% of the total service fee, or
  • $300 + GST, whichever is greater.

Notes

  • Cancellation or postponement must be requested via email to the Pharmacy coach team.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 business days.
  • Group coaching bookings are subject to the same terms per participant.
  • Travel fees (if incurred) are non-refundable once scheduled.
